Shipping Policies

  1. We use various carriers to ship our packages.  You will receive a tracking email when the package ships.
  2. We can ship to PO Boxes.
  3. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur additional delivery fees. 
 Redelivery for undeliverable/returned items will incur additional delivery fees.
  4. Signature is required for all Remarque and C-marque poster deliveries.
    1. Remarque and C-marque posters will require a signature for delivery, unless otherwise requested in your order (only written requests to support@art4now.com will be accepted).
    2. If delivery of Remarque and C-marque posters without signature is requested, neither Art4now nor the carrier will be responsible for missing packages. We will not file a claim with the carrier.
  5. We are unable to ship orders to arrive on a specific day. We ship current year posters beginning with orders received in January. We may begin shipping prior to the festival.
  6. The customer is responsible for taxes & duties on international shipments.
  7. We strongly suggest that orders be shipped to an address where a person will be available to receive the package (such as a business address if no one will be home to sign).
  8. Additional costs will be incurred for expedited shipping.

Order Fulfillment Timeline

  • Pre-Orders for current-year items may begin shipping prior to the the festival, beginning with those placed first, in January.  
  • Framed orders have an additional fulfillment time of 4-6 weeks. 
  • Vintage orders (items released prior to current year) typically ship within 5-7 business days from placing the order.

Note: If you are ordering vintage and current-year items and would like them to arrive together please note that in your order and the order will not ship until all items are available.  Otherwise, vintage items may ship separately.

Charge To Hold Policy

All of our Jazz Fest items are produced in limited numbers for sale at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. We accept advance orders to accommodate those collectors who can't make it to the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival or don't want to carry their purchases around during the Festival. All orders are prepaid to ensure that limited-edition merchandise reserved for purchase is set aside based on a valid offer to purchase. We have a "charge-to-hold / ship-later" policy because by reserving an item for one customer, another customer will not be able to purchase it. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon ordering.
