2021 Jazz Fest Poster Teaser
Jazz Fest 2021: Inside Out
We can’t show you this before Jazz Fest unveils it, but we couldn’t resist talking about the forthcoming silkscreen masterpiece from Scott Guion, creator of the last two sold-out collectible posters in the series - the world’s most collected art print project. Our guess is that this one will sell out its online allocation as quickly as its predecessors did.
Guion bends reality to his will with a stunningly surreal bit of jujitsu, leveraging the past year’s interior life into inspiration, imagining the impossible as he captures the New Orleans Festival experience. Flipping outside in, his meticulous visual metaphor mines the Festival’s origins, paralleling and presenting music once sequestered in back-o-town clubs and warehouses, brought together by Jazz Fest since 1970, and back for Jazz Fest 2021.
For the first time in the poster’s 47-year history, the Festival itself is portrayed, with Guion leaving it all on the field in this poster. If you’re one of the few to own his 2019 Family Portrait, this print will make a stunning diptych. If you also own Guion’s 2020 portrait of Dr. John, you possess a rare collectible triptych.

*Our posters are hand printed, curated & numbered. The Signed edition is hand signed by the artist. The artist adds a hand drawing to the ReMarque print and overpaints the C-Marque canvas. All of these processes take time on top of the two and a half months it takes to print the poster. We endeavor to get poster orders out as quickly as possible, but as an artisanal item, this takes time. Although BayouWear clothing is shipping immediately - so you can arrive at Jazz Fest dressed for joy - our newly released posters can take several months to arrive, especially if you order early to make sure you get one or order a ready-to-hang framed piece. We’re proud to make this exceptional product in the United States. There are no shortcuts to quality. We trust you’ll find the wait worth it for a timeless collectible that’ll grace your life for years to come.
